You are choosing to launch with Governly's per-community billing model instead of starting with a free trial first. Set up your management company account and communities through the same self-service onboarding flow — billing activates when your communities are ready and pricing inputs are confirmed.
No charges are created during account setup. Per-community pricing is based on registered homes or units in each active community.
Per-community monthly pricing
- 1–99 homes: $8/month per active community
- 100–149 homes: $12/month per active community
- 150–499 homes: $15/month per active community
- 500–999 homes: $20/month per active community
- 1,000–2,499 homes: $30/month per active community
- 2,500+ homes: Custom pricing
- Same account and community onboarding as trial — no separate workflow

Pricing is charged to the management company. The management company determines whether Governly is treated as an internal operating expense, shared with community clients, passed through, bundled into another service, or offered as a separately priced enhanced service.
Account setup uses the standard Governly onboarding flow. Billing is not charged during registration.
