Management company billing
Pricing is charged to the management company. The management company determines whether Governly is treated as an internal operating expense, shared with community clients, passed through, bundled into another service, or offered as a separately priced enhanced service.
Communities with unusually high processing volumes, complex multi-association structures, large master-planned developments, or nonstandard implementation requirements may require custom pricing.
