Is the pilot really free?: Yes. The 10-day pilot includes up to 10 ARC requests for one community at no charge. No credit card is required. Pilot access is manually approved.
Is each community's data isolated?: Yes. Each community's documents, requests, decisions, and records remain securely isolated. Users assigned to one community cannot access another community's data unless explicitly assigned. Management companies switch between assigned communities with portfolio-level visibility — not shared corpora.
Do you replace the ARC committee?: No. Governly assists with governing-document research, review organization, workflow, and decision letter drafting. Human reviewers and authorized committees remain responsible for final determinations.
Do you provide legal advice?: No. Governly is workflow and documentation software. It does not provide legal advice, and it does not replace attorneys or professional counsel.
What happens after 10 requests?: Pilot participants can continue on a paid Community or Management Company plan, or request a custom Portfolio arrangement. Pricing may be refined based on pilot feedback.
Can management companies use this across multiple communities?: Yes. Management Company and Portfolio tiers support multi-community operations with community-scoped libraries, isolated workflow data, and portfolio dashboards. Cross-community document search is prohibited unless intentionally initiated with portfolio permissions.
Do you support self-managed HOAs?: Yes. The Community tier is designed for single HOA communities and self-managed associations that run their own ARC programs.
Can pricing change after pilot feedback?: Suggested prices on this page are starting points for sales conversations. Final pricing may be adjusted based on document complexity, request volume, and pilot learnings.
